Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture.
Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill.
Grill for 5-6 minutes without moving.
Flip the salmon using a spatula.
Grill for an additional 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon slices.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
