Increase heat and add ground beef; cook until browned.
Season the beef with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the diced potatoes and mix well with the beef.
Pour in the beef broth, cover, and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Remove the lid and sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover again until cheese melts.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
