Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Reduce heat to low and slowly whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese.

  • If the sauce is too thick, add a splash more cream.
