Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cut chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide.
  • Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  • Season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumbs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the chicken tenders for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove tenders and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
