Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, grated ginger, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Place the pork chops in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them, then seal and refrigerate.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the seared chops to a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
