Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground pork with fennel seeds, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add chopped parsley and red wine, mixing well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Shape the mixture into sausage links or patties, depending on your preference.
