  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Fresh basil for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • If using English muffins, slice them in half horizontally.
  • Brush each mini pizza crust lightly with olive oil.
  • Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each crust.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Add your desired toppings such as pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings for extra flavor.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
