Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste red or white
  • 2 servings of ramen noodles
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 slices of chashu pork or tofu
  • Nori seaweed sheets for garnish
  • Sesame oil to taste

Instructions

  • Boil water in a large pot and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In another pot, heat the chicken or vegetable broth over medium heat.
  • Stir in the miso paste until fully dissolved.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and let them simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Incorporate the cooked ramen noodles into the broth.
  • Season with sesame oil to taste.
  • Divide the ramen into bowls.
  • Top each bowl with soft-boiled eggs, sliced chashu pork, and bean sprouts.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and nori sheets.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your homemade miso ramen!
