Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, skin-side down.
  • Generously brush the miso mixture over the salmon.
  • Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
