Ingredients

  • 1 cup of finely minced roasted moose meat
  • ½ cup of cream cheese
  • ¼ cup of fresh herbs dill, parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Assorted colorful berries for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Finely mince the roasted moose meat and place it in a mixing bowl.
  • Add cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Stir in the chopped fresh herbs and capers for added flavor.
  • Form the mixture into small, round patties.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.
  • Serve the patties on a plate surrounded by fresh berries.
