Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and scrub the baby potatoes thoroughly.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cleaned potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  • Check for doneness with a fork; they should be tender and crispy.
