Prick each potato with a fork to create steam vents.

Place them directly on the oven rack and bake for 30-35 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine grated parmesan, heavy cream, minced garlic, and pepper.
Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and let cool slightly.
Cut a slit in each potato and gently squeeze to open them.
Spoon the creamy parmesan mixture into the potatoes and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
