Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Rinse the beets thoroughly under cold water.
  • Trim the tops and roots of the beets.

  • Add cloves, allspice, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf to the mixture.
  • Pour the hot liquid over the sliced beets in a jar, ensuring they are fully submerged.
