Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Start by peeling and coring the pineapple.
  • Dice the pineapple into small, even pieces.
  • Finely chop the red onion and jalapeño.
