In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
In a small bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture.
Stir until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a baking stone or sheet inside.
Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 6 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a circle about ¼ inch thick.
Carefully place the rolled dough on the hot baking stone and bake for 5-7 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and cover with a clean towel to keep warm.
