Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into squares, approximately 3x3 inches.
  • In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, bell pepper, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning.
  • Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square.
  • Fold the corners of the square over the filling to create a pocket.
  • Pinch the edges to seal the rolls tightly.
  • Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
