Pour chicken broth and balsamic vinegar around the pork.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes to develop a crust.
Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (145°F/63°C).
Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
