Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh berries for topping
  • Yogurt or maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Blend the oats in a blender until they resemble flour.
  • Add the banana, egg, milk, protein powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
  • Serve warm with fresh berries and yogurt or maple syrup on top.
