Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, melt the butter.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Coat the buttered chicken breasts in the Ritz cracker mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle any remaining cracker mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
