In another bowl, melt the butter.
Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, ensuring it's fully coated.
Coat the buttered chicken breasts in the Ritz cracker mixture.
Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle any remaining cracker mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
