Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem.
Cut the cauliflower into florets of even size.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle paprika over the top if desired.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
