Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem.
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets of even size.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle paprika over the top if desired.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
