Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and scrub the baby potatoes thoroughly.
  • Cut the potatoes in half to ensure even cooking.
  • In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the potatoes until they are well coated with the oil and seasonings.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
