Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and dry the zucchinis, then cut them in half lengthwise.
