  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup nuts almonds or walnuts

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Shred the rotisserie chicken and set it aside.
