Ingredients

  • 1 can 15 oz salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, and chopped onion.
  • Add the beaten eggs, parsley, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties or balls.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Carefully place the patties in the hot oil.
  • Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
