Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet.
Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes until just cooked through.
Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta and toss it in the skillet with the salmon sauce.
Add reserved pasta water if needed to keep the sauce moist.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
