Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil.
