Instructions

  • Fill a shallow dish with warm water.
  • Soak one rice paper wrapper in the warm water for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  • Lay the softened wrapper on a clean surface.

  • Top with avocado slices for creaminess.
  • Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling.
  • Roll the wrapper tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling ingredients.
