Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients: strawberries, banana, milk, honey, and yogurt.
  • Hull the strawberries and cut the banana into chunks.
  • Place the strawberries and banana into a blender.
  • Add the almond milk to the blender.
  • If using, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  • For extra creaminess, add Greek yogurt.
  • If desired, add a handful of ice cubes.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  • Stop the blender and scrape down the sides if needed to mix well.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!
