Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of strawberries chopped
  • 1 cup of strawberry jello
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Fresh strawberries for topping
  • Powdered sugar for dusting optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and water. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Using a wooden skewer, poke holes all over the cake.
  • Prepare the strawberry jello according to package instructions and pour over the cake.
