Crush the pretzel sticks into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in the whipped topping gently until well incorporated.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
In another bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water.
Stir in the sliced strawberries, then pour this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
