Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
  • Cut the sweet potatoes into even-sized fries, about 1/4 inch thick.
