Ingredients

  • 3 ripe tomatoes various colors
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Wash all the tomatoes thoroughly under cold water.
  • Slice the larger tomatoes into wedges and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Place the sliced tomatoes in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese over the tomatoes.
  • Chop fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them on top.

  • Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
