Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely before soaking.
In a bowl, mix together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream.
Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the milk mixture over it, allowing it to soak for at least 1 hour.
Top with whipped cream and fresh berries before serving.
