Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce tomato, and cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the patties and cook for another 5-6 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
  • If using cheese, add a slice during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  • Toast the burger buns on the grill for a few minutes until golden.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, and any other toppings.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
