Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Toss the turkey wings in the marinade until they are well coated.
Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Place the marinated turkey wings in the baking dish, skin side up.
Pour any remaining marinade over the wings.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Broil the wings for the last 10 minutes for crispy skin.
Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
