Ingredients

  • 4 turkey wings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh herbs for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  • Toss the turkey wings in the marinade until they are well coated.
  • Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Place the marinated turkey wings in the baking dish, skin side up.
  • Pour any remaining marinade over the wings.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Broil the wings for the last 10 minutes for crispy skin.
  • Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
