Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour and salt.
Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients.
Mix until well combined, then gradually stir in the remaining flour.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking dish.
Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter before serving.
