Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • Optional: nuts seeds, or coconut flakes for topping

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined.
  • Take a glass or bowl for layering your parfait.
  • Add a layer of yogurt at the bottom of the glass.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries and banana slices.
  • Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with yogurt on top.
  • Garnish with remaining berries and a sprinkle of granola.
  • Add nuts or seeds if desired for extra crunch.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour before serving.
