Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  • Wash and dry the zucchinis thoroughly.
  • Slice the zucchinis thinly (about 1/8 inch) using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the zucchini slices in the bowl until they are evenly coated with the oil mixture.
  • Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove when golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the chips cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
