Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and cut off the ends.
Use a spiralizer or vegetable peeler to create noodles from the zucchinis.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in the zucchini noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another minute.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.
