Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups biscuit dough refrigerated
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Pour in the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.

  • Prepare the biscuit dough about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough onto the chicken mixture.
  • Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until dumplings are fluffy.
